Transaction Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established organisation and become an integral member of our Transactions Team.

We are seeking a driven and motivated business professional, based in Madrid, to join our efficient, well‑organised, and highly proficient central operations office.

Key Responsibilities

• Always maintain the highest standards of professional behaviour, and act as a role model to team members.
• Be responsible for the delivering of an annual fee target for the team (target to be reviewed annually and to be agreed with the Managing Director).
• Lead major deals, and double-head complex transactions to support your deal leaders, where appropriate.
• Manage and motivate the team members to ensure that performance and client service levels are maximised.
