Role Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established organisation and become an integral member of our Transactions Team.
We are seeking a driven and motivated business professional, based in Madrid, to join our efficient, well‑organised, and highly proficient central operations office.

Key Responsibilities
Always maintain the highest standards of professional behaviour, and act as a role model to team members.

Be responsible for the delivering of an annual fee target for the team (target to be reviewed annually and to be agreed with the Managing Director).

Lead major deals, and double-head complex transactions to support your deal leaders, where appropriate.

Manage and motivate the team members to ensure that performance and client service levels are maximised.
