Transactions Manager

About the Job

Responsible for originating and evaluating new investment opportunities (land, warehouses, etc.), partnering with technical, legal and finance teams to run feasibility analyses, and leading acquisitions and divestments end‑to‑end, from negotiation through closing. Also responsible for driving leasing initiatives to secure tenants, delivering profitable transactions aligned with Goodman's strategy, timelines, quality standards and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new properties (land for greenfield developments and industrial assets for refurbishment/brownfield developments) by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (landowners, brokers and strategic customers), to originate transactions aligned with Goodman's strategy.
