Role: Transformation Delivery – Graduate Program

Location: Barcelona

Reporting to: Transformation Delivery Director

Mission: Execute cross functional transformation programmes across the Group, supporting the Transformation Office.

What you'll get to do

1. Manage workstreams within strategic programmes:
   • Prepare key tasks to be executed and organize a project into workstreams, tasks and owners across the Group.
   • Deliver on any analytical or qualitative analyses required to execute a programme (for example, the impact calculation of an initiative).
   • Lead interviews or working sessions with multiple participants from the organisation or other key external stakeholders.
2. Support governance from key projects:
   • Report progress in weekly or monthly meetings from a specific workstream or a whole project (depending on the complexity).
