Transformation (TMTM)

Business partner: As a Transformation lead you will be working with Product
Owners/Business Owners of Sales Eco system to gather requirements to solve
business problems through process definitions, implementing digital solutions, process
improvements (automation/lean-six sigma/velocity improvements etc).
You will need to help prepare a business case justifying the need of digitisation, and
help prioritize between the various asks of the stakeholder
You will also champion the cause of your stakeholder with the information systems
group. Ensuring the requirements are well understood and implemented.
? Technology Evangelist: You will also be the evangelist for adoption of tools and
digitisation efforts by identifying opportunities where use of technology can make org
more efficient
Develop understanding of how most of the tools used by the stakeholders work, You
will be part of both IS and relevant business swimlanes
