Transformer Services Manager

The Transformer Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing field service operations related to transformer installation, maintenance, testing, and repair. This role oversees field personnel, ensures customer satisfaction, drives safety and compliance, and manages project execution from planning to completion. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of power transformers and experience supervising field teams on site at client facilities. Project Coordination

Plan, schedule, and execute transformer field service projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Coordinate with engineering, logistics, procurement, and customer teams. Develop scopes of work, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Team Supervision

Manage, train, and support field service technicians and engineers. Ensure workforce scheduling aligns with workload and customer demand. Conduct performance evaluations and promote technical excellence. Customer Interface
