Transition Manager - 1

The Retirement Transition Manager I (TM I) is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of all platform transition services for retirement plan clients. The Retirement Transition Manager I is the primary interface with clients when their plan services are undergoing changes. Working under limited supervision, this job is ultimately responsible for the success of each transition including overall service delivery, project management, and oversight throughout the various conversions of the retirement plans.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Leads smaller implementation projects for institutional retirement plan clients with high quality outcomes.
+ Handles client relationships, creates project plans and ensures on-time delivery, provides status updates and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver institutional offers.
