Transition to Production Program Manager

**Description:**
You will be the Transition to Production Program Manager for the Production Program Management team. Our team is responsible for the successful execution of configuration changes and cut‑ins into production of an Air Dominance weapon system.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Transition to Production Program Manager you will lead cross‑functional teams to plan, validate, and execute configuration cut‑in activities across multiple sites and suppliers, ensuring continuous production support without stoppages.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Validate engineering concepts and cut‑in feasibility.
+ Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
+ Execute production non‑recurring tasks and cut‑in activities.
+ Maintain ERP system accuracy for resources and orders.
+ Mitigate risks and determine optimal cut‑in points.
