Kosmos Group is looking for a Transmission Line Team Lead to support our growing Transmission & Distribution practice in Calgary, AB, Canada. This is a hybrid position, working some days in the office and working some days from home. The successful candidate will be involved in all facets of transmission line routing and design. We are looking for a seller-doer with the ability to develop client relationships.

In this position, you will leverage your T&D experience and leadership strengths to develop, optimize, and grow our Transmission team in Calgary ensuring the office delivers the highest-quality engineering designs. The Calgary Team Lead will work closely with the Transmission leadership in managing daily administrative functions, resource forecasting, quality control and workload of the Calgary team to ensure efficient utilization of resources and exceeding throughput expectations.
