Job Description
Drive high-performance refrigeration fleet operations at SCT Perth from our brand-new, state-of-the-art Forrestfield facility, leading quality, safety, and efficiency. Oversee freight coordination and local distribution, optimise costs, and ensure seamless AM and PM shift coverage.
Lead a strong safety culture, ensuring full OH&S compliance, incident reporting, and investigations
Ensure all staff and contractors are properly inducted, trained, and working safely
Champion safe work practices and continuous improvement across operations
Oversee transport incident management through internal systems and processes
Maintain compliance for equipment, assets, and damage reporting standards
Ensure correct loading, handling, and protection of customer freight
