Job Description – UAV Operator (Emirati Talent)

Reports To: Chief UAV Test Pilot.

Role Overview

We are a pioneering UAV development company focused on designing, prototyping, and deploying next‑generation tactical and ISR unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Reporting directly to the Chief UAV Test Pilot, the UAV Technical Operator will support both flight operations and system integration activities. This role requires strong technical capability, hands‑on engineering aptitude, and an aviation‑oriented background such as RC modelling, simulator flying, or similar experience. The ideal candidate is a technically driven individual who can operate UAV platforms while also contributing to integration, testing, troubleshooting, and system validation.
