US Accountant

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

Have at least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably serving US-based clients.

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online

Willing to work on a Night Shift schedule.

Willing to work onsite in Madrigal Ayala, Alabang.

Job Description:



Reconcile books and maintain accurate bookkeeping records on a daily and monthly basis using QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.

Prepare and maintain financial statements including Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, and Income Statements on a monthly basis and report findings directly to the owner.

Monitor and report on cash flow regularly, flagging any concerns or irregularities to ownership in a timely manner.

File California Sales Tax returns and California Tire Recycling Fee on a quarterly basis accurately and on time.
