Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
• Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement
• Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
• Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
• Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficientlyProcessing refills and following clinic policies.
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR)
• Auditing labs & following up on missing results.
• Monitor and oversee the clinic’s virtual kiosks
