Role Description

The opportunity
As a Tax Manager, you will join a team of experienced and knowledgeable tax professionals providing corporate and partnership tax compliance and tax provisioning services for our clients in various industries. You will also have opportunities to work on organizational structuring, tax planning and provide on call advice.
Your key responsibilities
Managers in our Tax practice participate in and supervise multiple and challenging tax engagements as part of a team delivering high quality compliance services and innovative tax planning ideas for our clients.
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of tax concepts as it relates to Corporate Federal and state income tax compliance and income tax provision review, income tax provision preparation

Leading preparation and reviews of corporate and partnership tax returns for multinational clients and income tax provisions for both public and private companies.
