We are looking for a detail-oriented US HR Onboarding Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding for US-based hires. The role involves coordinating with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and documentation as per US employment standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end onboarding process for US hires (W2, C2C, and 1099).
Collect, verify, and maintain onboarding documentation (I-9, offer letters, contracts, etc.).
Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, payroll, and compliance teams.
Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies.
Handle background checks, drug tests, and client onboarding requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS/ATS systems.
Communicate onboarding status and updates to stakeholders.
Resolve onboarding-related queries and issues.
