Usability Engineer

We are looking for a Usability Engineer with a strong user-centered mindset to support the development of safe, effective, and intuitive healthcare solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, improve workflows, and ensure usability throughout the product lifecycle, contributing directly to patient safety and clinical efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user research and workflow analysis to understand clinical environments and user needs

• Translate insights into usability requirements and design recommendations

• Plan and execute usability evaluations (formative & validation)
