Office Beacon is looking for an experienced UX Designer to lead user centered design across our website and growing Saa S product ecosystem.
If you’re passionate about solving complex problems through UX strategy (not just UI), this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
UX Strategy and Design Thinking
• Lead end to end UX design for web and Saa S platforms
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear UX strategies
• Define user journeys, personas, and experience principles
• Advocate user centered design across teams and stakeholders
Wireframing and Experience Design
• Create low to high fidelity wireframes and user flows
• Design navigation, information architecture, and multi step workflows
• Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability insights
