The Role: Impact & Responsibilities

Full‑Funnel Ownership: Audit and optimize the entire customer lifecycle, identifying drop‑off points and implementing rapid‑fire solutions to plug funnel leakages.

Data‑Driven Strategy: Partner closely with the Data Team to leverage advanced analytics, ensuring every growth experiment is rooted in hard evidence.

Re‑engagement & Retention: Develop and execute sophisticated multi‑channel strategies (Push, Email, SMS) to drive customer stickiness and order completion.
