User Experience Researcher Co-op/Intern

Location: In office at 600 March Rd. Ottawa, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of methodology and practices of social science research.
• Work with cross-functional team members to define and prioritize research and develop UX metrics.
• Conduct empirical research to identify and extract meaningful patterns of user behavior.
• Generate user experience insights that will help drive product improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently a candidate for a Master’s, Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma in Human Psychology, Human-Centred Design, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field with an accredited school in Canada.
