Roles and Responsibilities:

Hands-on Design Responsibilities

• Champion principles of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Apply knowledge of designing in an Agile environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, page flows, and sitemaps.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI assets aligned with style guides and brand standards.
• Define and apply visual design principles, design language, typography, iconography, and motion/interaction design.
