  Job Qualifications: 
  Education:  Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Power Engineering  ( Geographic Information System is a Must) 
  Experience required :  3-4 years of experience in similar field
  Special Skills :  Communication, Technical Analysis, Power Experience, Computer Skills (IT Oriented)
   Language:  Very good English communication skill both in writing and speaking.
