Job Overview

This work is a casual basis where Sask 1st Call forwards requests to K-Tech whenever someone wants to dig or do construction in areas where our client owns underground communication infrastructure. Hours range from 0 to 25 hours per week. Work can be done according to the worker's schedule including evenings or weekends, as long as the locate is complete within 5 days of the request.

Major Responsibilities

• Participate in and comply with K-Tech Electrical Solutions Health and Safety program including daily risk assessments, vehicle inspections, and quarterly OH&S meetings.
• Read and understand maps and other documents to help identify underground utilities.
• Operate handheld detection equipment.
