• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Last Mile Delivery Station in the North Region.


• Oversee the Under the Roof (UTR) operation focused on direct Amazon order delivery to customers.


• Set and communicate performance goals, create expectations and objectives to meet customer promise and ensure accuracy and quality.


• Lead a team of Delivery Station Managers through meetings, training, assigning duties and performance data analysis.


• Coordinate with AMZL Delivery Station On the Road (OTR) management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.


• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
