UX Designer

Role Overview

The UX Designer will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex business challenges and intuitive user solutions by leading the discovery and research process at the heart of our product strategy. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end design lifecycle, from uncovering deep user insights to delivering high-fidelity functional improvements and new features that drive product value. We are looking for a collaborative, hands‑on UX Generalist with a strong bias for research who thrives in the fast‑paced, high‑uncertainty environment of a B2B SaaS startup. In this position, you will work closely with our design lead and report directly to the CTO.
