UX Operations Analyst I

Coordinates scheduling and logistics for customer interviews across time zones

Acts as a liaison between UX Researchers, Product Owners, CSM, Sales, and our customers/prospect

Manages participant recruitment processes, including invitations, confirmations, and reminders

Tracks research activity processes and ensures documentation is up-to-date and accessible to internal stakeholders

Maintains participant databases and recruitment tools in collaboration with researchers

Communicates clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment

Collaborates with research to understand study needs and proactively solve logistical challenges

Use JavaScript, CSS and HTML to customize web pages.
