specializing in automotive chemicals (coating, painting and chroming), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate the design, functionality, and durability of exterior components, focusing on metal and plastic materials.

Responsibilities

Lead the customer audit with various customers

Led the Chroming and Painting technical report with OEMS

Responsible for solving technical issues related to Chroming and painting process

Lead the investigation, analysis, and improvement for the NG (Not Good) testing items, providing effective root cause analysis, and along with action plans.

Lead the analysis of warranty issues, formulate action plans, implement them and close the issue on time.
