VALOR DFM (Design for Manufacturing) Engineer for Aerospace & Defense Division

Candidate may work from Naperville, IL, Longmont, CO, or Westborough, MA sites.



Description of role and responsibilities:

Candidate will perform design for manufacturing analysis using VALOR platform to evaluate electronics PCBA assembly layout, in adherence with IPC guidelines, component manufacturer specification/recommendations and industry standard practices. VALOR output report will be qualified and quantified using a standard format in which risk assessment is presented for possible design modifications to improve manufacturability, quality and yield.


Qualifications

Requirements:


+ Candidate must be a US Citizen in order to comply with ITAR and DFAR requirements

+ Engineering B.S. degree (Electrical)

+ Experience managing/viewing PCB files and viewers:
