Vessel Operator

**Job Purpose and Impact**

The **Vessel Operator** is responsible for the end-to-end **post-fixture freight execution** process, from pre-fixture planning through to voyage completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for **Owners, Charterers, Masters, Agents** , and other stakeholders involved in the voyage lifecycle.You will oversee all operational aspects of assigned vessels, proactively identifying and resolving issues with a strong customer service mindset. The role also contributes to **voyage P&L accuracy** , ensuring timely and correct inputs for payments to Owners and receivables from Charterers.This is a facilitative and collaborative role, requiring close coordination across internal functions and active knowledge-sharing on onboard technical specifics, port logistics, and system/process improvements.
