Veterinary Technical Head

Role & responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership & Product Validation Design, implement, and supervise field feeding trials for canine and feline nutrition products. Monitor palatability, digestibility, stool quality, coat condition, weight management, activity levels, and overall animal performance during trials. Collect, consolidate, and scientifically analyze trial data and customer feedback. Develop technical reports and present findings to senior management. Identify formulation gaps, performance limitations, and opportunities for product enhancement. Collaborate with formulation and R&D teams to improve nutritional performance and market competitiveness. Support development of therapeutic, functional, and life-stage nutrition products. 2. Customer & Market Feedback Management Establish structured systems for gathering breeder, veterinarian, retailer, distributor, and pet parent feedback.
