Vice President - Engineering - Building Technical Services ( Chennai /Gurugram)

Role with a tier 1 client in Real Estate : Head of Engineering Central Technical Team will function as the central SME and technical governance authority for HVAC, MEP, STP, WTP, Electrical & Building Automation across the organizations operational real estate portfolio. The role ensures asset reliability, regulatory compliance, energy & water efficiency, cost optimization and standardized technical practices across commercial, retail and mixed-use properties. 1.
