About the Role

Tebra is seeking a strategic, data‑driven, and technology‑forward VP of FP&A and Business Analytics to lead our financial planning and BI functions. In this role, you will not just manage a reporting function; you will build and scale the central nervous system of a high‑growth SaaS organization. We are looking for a finance systems architect who can blend traditional strategic planning with a leaning‑in approach to GenAI and automation. You will be responsible for redesigning our financial processes to be automation‑first, ensuring Tebra scales efficiently in a world rapidly transformed by AI.
