Vice President Operations

We are seeking a high-caliber VP of Operations to provide strategic oversight for our multi-site warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring that every stage of our operations executed with precision, high security, and environmental integrity. As a key member of the leadership team reporting to the COO, you will scale our operational footprint while fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Site Leadership:

Provide strategic oversight for all regional processing facilities, ensuring consistent SOPs and safety standards.

Operational Excellence:

Apply Six Sigma and Lean principles.

P&L Ownership:
