Role Overview

The Vice President of Operations is the operational architect of Ridge North America, responsible for transforming Ridge’s strategic vision into disciplined, scalable execution across all destinations, assets, and guest‑facing experiences. This role ensures that Ridge’s operational ecosystem, spanning hospitality, adventure, retail, food & beverage, and on‑site services, delivers consistently elevated, brand‑aligned experiences.
