Hays has partnered with a large Toronto-based construction management firm who is looking for a construction executive toe aboard to lead a business unit focused on deliveringplex, fast-track, retrofit and high-profile projects across the institutional,mercial and infrastructure sectors. The role is for a Vice President working close to the Vice President of Construction and reporting to the President.

Your new role

This Vice President will lead and oversee large project teams, owning the strategic direction, operational execution, client management and achieving performance standards from pre-construction through to closeout. They will promote a high-performance culture with a focus on safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.
