Video Content Creator

We're looking for a creative, hands-on full time contractor to help grow a travel volunteering site's presence across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

You'll help create and test videos that grow reach, engagement and awareness across key social platforms.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Are fluent in English and Spanish
• Have hands-on experience creating videos for different social platforms
• Understand what makes short-form content perform, including hooks, pacing, text overlays, trends and storytelling
• Can write strong captions/hooks and turn raw footage into engaging short-form videos
• Have a strong eye for visual style and can create content that feels current, natural and brand aligned 
• Are familiar with travel, backpacking, volunteering, cultural exchange or creator-led lifestyle content
• Can contribute creative ideas from concept through to execution
