Village Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of village infrastructure including roads, drainage, utilities, and community facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Ensure that all renovation plan is properly reviewed prior to any approval based on the HOA standard design policy.
• Ensure that all HOA fixtures and equipment is working at an optimum level working efficiency.

Project Supervision:

• Plan and supervise engineering projects from initiation to completion across multiple villages.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Monitor construction activities and resolve any technical issues promptly.
