VIP Team Leader

Our client, and international player within the online entertainment sector is building a new VIP team and looking for experienced VIP team leader. Your role is to manage a team of VIP Account managers, ensure their daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and completely on a daily basis. To manage the team towards reaching and surpassing their goals. Lead by example by assisting in the development of the team processes and procedures. Focus on surpassing targets on a monthly basis through proactive and reactive actions to be taken by your team.
