• Hands‑on experience with ESX installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including:

• Good working knowledge of Dell Hardware.

• Proven experience in migrating large infrastructures from physical to virtual environments.

• Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, vMotion, HA, and DRS.
