Project Portfolio Strategy & Governance  
Establish governance frameworks, policies, procedures and controls to ensure consistency in delivery across the projects. 
Set up regular reviews to monitor project performance, risks, and adherence to strategy. 
Project Lifecycle Oversight  
Oversee all phases of each project: initiation / feasibility, design and planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover.
