We are currently seeking a Loading Team Leader to join our dynamic logistics and distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the loading operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety throughout the process.


Key Requirements:



Proven experience in retail operations



Solid background in distribution and logistics



Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team



Knowledge of WHMIS regulations and safety standards



Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications



Strong organizational and communication skills
