Role Description

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure shipment preparation meets customer requirements, including physical arrangement and lead time. 
 Communicate customer and special requirements to warehouse teams for execution. 
 Support and coordinate cross-functional operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. 
 Liaise with Customer Service to obtain shipment instructions and invoicing cut-off times. 
 Act as a key user of SAP (LUXASIA) for shipment, order processing, returns, and fulfillment activities. 
 Ensure all store transactions are completed accurately and updated on time in inventory systems. 
 Record operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support performance monitoring. 
 Handle and distribute operational documents to relevant departments.
