We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team in Nanaimo, Canada. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy
Receive, count, and verify incoming vendor materials and customer returns
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or damaged materials
Assist in servicing customers at the counter when needed
