Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Inventory & Warehouse Team Leader to oversee warehousing operations and inventory control within a regulated cannabis environment. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and team development. The successful candidate will lead a team of Material Handlers, manage inventory through SAP, and support daily production and shipping readiness while maintaining compliance with Health Canada regulations, SOX inventory controls and the Cannabis Act. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position requires a strong balance of hands‑on leadership, technical proficiency in ERP systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven setting. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory movements, executing cycle counts with precision, training staff, and driving consistent execution of SOPs and GPP standards.
