Warehouse Manager

What's your role?

• Lead and develop the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Own end-to-end warehousing from setup to inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
• Establish SOPs, workflows, and a warehouse growth plan that scales with the business.
• Oversee logistics arrangements, including driver fleet management and delivery coordination.
• Plan and optimise warehouse space utilisation zoning, racking, and flow design.
• Implement and improve the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Lead order fulfilment during peak sales campaigns and D-Day events, working hands-on with the team.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
