Role Description
- Establish and organize the warehouse operation from the ground up for a 2,500 m² facility.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of 15+ warehouse personnel.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, workflows, and inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and safety regulations in warehouse logistics.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and security within the warehouse.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Utilize technology and systems to optimize warehouse operations and reporting.
