Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

Non Parity (Before 12 weeks of service):

• Rotating shift (4 on 4 off days and nights): £12.95 per hour

Parity (After 12 weeks of service):

• Rotating shift (4 on 4 off days and nights): £13.64 per hour
• Days only 45 (after parity): £12.71 per hour
• Nights only 45 (after parity): £12.85 per hour

Breaks are not being paid for the first 12 weeks. Induction is paid for 4 hours.
