Role Description

Position Overview
The incumbent is responsible for the disassembly of soiled patient trays, washing of trays, service ware and pans. All items washed are inspected for cleanliness, sorted and stored in refrigerated holding areas. The incumbent ensures that the equipment is constantly operated in a safe manner.

Experience
Previous experience in food service an asset.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Grade 10.
Certification/Licensure/Registration

Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Physical Requirements
Standing 90% of shift.
Pushing and pulling dollies to carry dishware from area to area within RDF.
