Wave Planner - A Shift

The Wave Planner is a versatile planning resource responsible for supporting multiple clients across the Louisville campus. This role is designed to build planning bench strength by providing coverage during PTO, supporting volume surges, assisting with onboarding and training of new planners, and ensuring continuity of operations. The position operates Monday through Friday and requires strong cross-functional knowledge, adaptability, and collaboration. YOUR TASKS
* Serve as a floating planner across all Louisville-based clients, maintaining working knowledge of each client’s planning processes, volume patterns, and service requirements
* Provide coverage for planner PTO, absences, or open roles to ensure uninterrupted operations
* Support planners during periods of higher-than-normal volume by assisting with wave planning, workload balancing, and priority management
* Quickly adapt to changing client needs and planning environments
