**Job Title: Precision TIG Welder**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on high-precision, cosmetic GTAW/TIG welding of thin-wall stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel tubing and components used in geotechnical and structural monitoring equipment. You will perform repetitive bench-style welding using fixtures, jigs, and rotating weld setups to produce customer-facing parts with tight tolerances and consistently clean weld appearance. In addition to precision welding, you will support light fabrication, sheet metal work, and general shop tasks in a clean, organized machine shop environment with long-term growth potential.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform high-quality GTAW/TIG welding on thin-wall stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel tubing and components for precision instrumentation assemblies.
