Role Description

POSITION TYPE PERMANENT, FULL-TIME
Your Opportunity:
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for motivated and reliable Welder/Fitters to join our fast-paced, safety-focused custom manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive team environment where your contributions matter.

We are currently looking for Day Shift Welders (7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).

What You’ll Do:
Carry out fitting and welding operations, including reading blueprints and weld symbols

Set up and operate all required welding machines

Produce high-quality work that meets our customer’s expectation

Position will predominately be welding however there may be times when flexibility to perform other duties will be required
What We’re Looking For:
Successful completion of all VAW’s pre-screening assessments including the VAW Welding Test
